I am a practical problem solver – able to keep a cool, calm head in challenging, deadline driven environments. I work hard to deliver on brief, on budget and on time. With valuable industry experience, I’m happy to take projects on from initial brief through to final output. And I want it all to look great!
Twenty-Twenty Vision
2020 will be a memorable year for us all – for me it was the opportunity to make a new start.
I’ve been working in the advertising and design business for many years, applying my skills in advertising agencies, design studios, in-house and freelance positions in the UK and New Zealand.
My design career began as a studio junior, producing baseboard artwork, working with traditional tools on a drawing board and in the darkroom. The Apple Mac revolution soon came and gave me the chance to transfer my early learnings to new technology, which we all know has evolved at a remarkable pace.
After a move from the UK in 2010, work opportunities initially took me to Auckland where I gained valuable local knowledge whilst working on some great global brands. Canterbury was where I always wanted to settle and I jumped at an opportunity in Christchurch, making my dream come true in 2012.
After eight good years, the global pandemic meant that I had to consider other options…
Now here I am, and I look forward to working with you.
